Duties:
Assist facility management with daily operations per company policies and client needs
Maintain and repair office furniture and building equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot central systems (e.g., HVAC)
Manage purchase requisitions and invoice approvals (e.g., Ariba)
Set up/break down conference rooms including AV and catering support
Handle internal moves, furniture reconfiguration, and facility projects
Monitor and maintain restrooms, pantries, and office desks
Support calibration program: tool check-in/out, work orders in Maximo, coordination with service providers; Assist in shipping/receiving; Collaborate with facility manager and team on various projects; Use ticketing system and communicate issues clearly
Experience: 3 years' of experience
Key Skills: Facilities maintenance and support; Calibration coordination (Metrology)
Purchase requisition and invoice processing; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
ERP systems (training provided); Strong communication and teamwork; Hands-on troubleshooting and repair; Ticketing system experience
Preferred Experience: Regulated industry experience; Facilities operations background; Calibration data gathering and coordination
Education: HS diploma; or equivalent
