What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble custom mechanical systems from start to finish, following clear instructions and layout drawings
- Use hand and power tools to fit, fasten, and align parts such as motors, housings, brackets, and frames
- Interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure components are built to precise specifications
- Inspect and handle hardware carefully, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening
- Work as part of a team, keeping communication open and following production schedules closely
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or related trades (or strong mechanical aptitude)
- Comfort with basic tools, measuring devices, and mechanical drawings
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and quality
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during your shift
Pay & Schedule Highlights
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate — $22-24/hour
- Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Training: Conducted Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM for several weeks before transitioning to your regular weekend schedule
