Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ballston Spa, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate assembly of electronic and mechanical components, ensuring products meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with engineers and supervisors to maintain safety, precision, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to established manufacturing procedures.

Communicate any deviations or issues promptly to engineers and supervisors.

Follow all quality policies and procedures to ensure product standards are met.

Receive cross-training and participate in multiple projects as directed.

Maintain and care for company-provided tools and equipment.

Keep work area clean and organized at all times.

Report workplace accidents and document them as required.
Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and use hands/fingers to handle tools or controls.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Exposure to hot/cold temperatures and loud noises may occur.

Fluent in English (reading, speaking, understanding, writing).

Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to meet assembly time requirements after a three-month training period.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Physical & Work Environment

Work involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Exposure to varying temperatures and typical manufacturing noise levels.

Must maintain a safe and organized work area.
