We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional to support attorneys whose practice focuses on Trusts and Estates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in this area of law and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and revise legal documents including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney.

  • Maintain and organize case files, manage attorney calendars, and monitor deadlines.

  • Answer and manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and maintain client communications.

  • Format and proofread documents such as retainer letters and correspondence.

  • Manage attorney time entries via Expert Time; process reimbursements through Chrome River.

  • Prioritize and organize email and correspondence, scan and e-file documents.

  • Attend will signings and assist with related coordination.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm setting, with specific experience in Trusts & Estates.

  • Strong typing skills (55 wpm) and excellent grammar, spelling, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to multitask effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable with legal software; experience with NetDocs is a plus.

  • Committed to client service and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive legal environment.
