Position: Sanitation team member
Reports to: Quality Assurance Leader
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 40-50 hours per week and weekend hours are required as necessary to maintain consistency among all staff on all shifts.
Potential shift schedules: Typically, 8-10 hour shifts. 9am-Until work is complete
Work environment: Food manufacturing plant
Education requirements: High school diploma preferred, forklift experience a plus
Current Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize totes, lids, buckets
- Clean dust collector and filters
- Bail cardboard
- Dry steaming forklifts
- Clean the restrooms/locker rooms, breakrooms (including mopping)
- Takes out all trash (emptying all trash cans as needed throughout facility)
- Utilize backpack vacuum to remove debris from racking
- Maintain outside grounds to ensure cleanliness
- Utilize floor scrubber to clean production floors
- Restock production supplies
- Ensures that all chemicals are put back into the locked chemical cage after use
- Adheres to Master Sanitation Schedule (Client)
- Sanitize and wipe all key touch points within the facility (doorknobs, vending machines, forklifts, conference rooms, etc.)
- All other duties as required
