Assembler-Temp-to-Hire
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and solder lighting kits and SMT (Surface Mount Technology) products according to production schedules.

Prepare and position parts for assembly, ensuring all components are properly secured.

Inspect and check connections for accuracy, logging any issues or discrepancies.

Follow all company procedures and instructions.

Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements:

Must have soldering experience.

Good attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to bend, stand, sit, and lift up to 25 lbs.
