What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and perform a variety of office and field survey tasks related to land development and civil engineering projects

  • Lead and guide field crews and survey technicians to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality

  • Prepare a wide range of surveys and documents, including:

    • Plats of Survey

    • Subdivision Plats & CSMs

    • ALTA/ACSM Surveys

    • Legal Descriptions & Exhibits

    • Horizontal & Vertical Control Surveys

    • Aerial Mapping and GPS Surveying

    • Construction Layout & Mapping

  • Create and review construction-related survey documents and flood elevation certificates

  • Conduct thorough deed and survey research to ensure accurate results

  • Ensure all field activities align with state statutes and industry standards (including ACSM guidelines)

  • Collaborate with civil engineering teams to manage the survey components of active projects

  • Utilize CADD and related software with high proficiency to produce technical deliverables


Who You Are:

  • Highly skilled in both field and office survey techniques

  • Confident in managing multiple projects and coordinating teams

  • Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software

  • Knowledgeable in legal and technical aspects of land surveying

  • Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients

  • Detail-driven with a passion for precision and excellence
