Job Title: Distribution Associate I – Inbound

Summary: We’re seeking motivated Inbound Associates to support accurate receiving, handling, and replenishment of materials in a high-volume distribution environment. This temp-to-perm role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Ideal for individuals with warehouse or receiving experience who are comfortable working overnight hours.

Shift & Pay:
- Shift:
- 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - $19.80/hour
- 3rd Shift – Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM - $20.70/hour
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials and goods using RF scan guns and manual handling.
- Operate man-up trucks and pallet jacks to perform physical receipt and put-away of inventory.
- Replenish product picking areas to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) stock availability.
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Break down boxes and organize inbound materials for storage.
- Load and unload trailers or containers as needed.
- Deliver incoming mail and packages within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dock and storage areas.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6 months of experience in a warehouse, receiving, or inventory role preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse operations.
- Experience with forklifts or powered industrial trucks preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing steps.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, or extended hours as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Distribution/warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods (up to 95% of the shift).
- Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and use of hand-eye coordination.
- Operation of powered industrial trucks and other warehouse equipment.
