What You'll Do:
Daily Tasks:
- Balance and print asset records
- Perform manual indexing (AnyDoc)
- Process batch billing and clean up outputs
- Manage and update the EBE Output Manager
- Add emails and index orders as needed
Weekly & Monthly Responsibilities:
- Generate and send LS invoices, including HSC and BB summaries
- Run and review Tungsten reports
- Report and correct errors in TMW, logging all updates
- Proactively communicate billing discrepancies with the LS administrative team
- Process and track FedEx invoices
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Respond promptly to internal requests and inquiries
- Monitor and track unresolved billing matters, ensuring timely resolution
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous billing experience preferred
Key Skills & Traits:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
