Summary: Coordinates and supports the technical training program; maintains electronic learning management system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Processes training assignments within system as approved changes are requested;
• Transcribes training credit from paper documentation into system
• Assists with implementation of annual training requirement review;
• Coordinates new employee orientation program;
• Run and deliver reports on training requirements to management as required;
• Facilitate departmental training requests ad hoc;
• Coordinates and assists with annual GMP training initiatives;
• Provides initial support for system related IT tickets;
• Promotes continuous improvement of all training programs.
Education and Experience:
• Requires Associates Degree in related field
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
