Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Overview: We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a robust background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. If you're experienced with pneumatics, hydraulics, and are proficient in reading schematics and blueprints, we want you on our team. You'll be pivotal in ensuring our machinery and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep machinery and building systems in top condition.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, and controls.
- Install and wire power supplies for new machines and equipment, including blow molders and presses.
- Replace and repair faulty electrical components, such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors.
- Diagnose and fix or replace electronic components, including printed circuit boards.
- Perform metal cutting, welding, and fabrication to repair and assemble equipment.
Pay & Shift Information:
- Competitive starting pay: $22.00 - $26.00/hour, based on experience.
- 3rd shift position: 10pm – 6:30am, with potential overtime.
- Direct hire opportunity with our company.
- Initial training may be on the 1st shift (6am – 2:30pm) for a short period.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of machine maintenance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
