Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: $101,000
NESCO Resource is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for a leading manufacturing client in Catoosa, OK. In this role, you will lead and innovate manufacturing processes, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing systems, including automation and equipment improvements
- Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to align capabilities with production needs
- Apply statistical methods to forecast requirements and analyze process improvements
- Oversee equipment maintenance and workflow optimization
- Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Utilize 3D CAD for tooling and fixture design
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
