What You’ll Bring:
2 Years of Supply Chain Experience: Ideally, you've got hands-on experience in supply planning.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with SAP and/or Kinaxis is required to build effective planning models.
Analytical Mindset: Your Excel skills are top-notch, and you excel at problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.
Team-Oriented: You're comfortable in a team-based environment and communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
Adaptability: Our fast-paced world demands flexibility and commitment to optimizing production efficiency.
 
What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize MPS/DRP/MRP processes within your assigned technology, adhering to core supply planning processes.
Drive decisions that optimize supply plans and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
Ensure inventory and case fill optimization from end to end, while escalating and resolving supply or inventory risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to maximize production, inventory, and capacity trade-offs.
Maintain and ensure compliance with master data, measure key process metrics, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
 
Position Details:
Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL.
Schedule: Start between 8-9 AM, with standard 8-hour days.
