What You’ll Do:

Customer Care: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and detailed solutions that exceed expectations.
Optimize Operations: Use ERP systems and tools to manage orders effectively and suggest improvements.
Drive Results: Generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making and keep processes running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
ERP Experience: 2 years of experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP ERP, etc.) and excelling in customer service or related role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access) with a solid ability to navigate and utilize data.
Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills that allow you to think critically and solve challenges independently.
Multi-Tasking Pro: A master of organization, able to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment with ease.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma with 5-7 years of full-time work experience.
2 years of experience with ERP systems and customer service.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a drive to excel in a collaborative environment.
