Experienced Office Assistant for a local Non-Profit organization. Primary functions include all aspects of the office, responding to internal and external customer requests professionally. To be successful, the candidate must have strong organization, with a focus on customer service to provide an excellent experience and working within and across diverse teams in the organization.
Additional duties of the position include:
Answer phones and provide customer and company support in a friendly and professional manner. Able to cover for the office manager when needed. Strong office experience, the ideal candidate will be trustworthy and able to work independently.
Must be a self-starter, seeing what needs to be done and doing it.
Position Specific Competencies/Skills Required:
Experience in all aspects of general office duties.
Strong computer knowledge in Word and Excel.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Work well independently and as a team player.
5 years' experience in office work.
Microsoft Office, Word & Excel skills are required .
Hours 8 to 2pm Monday – Friday
Pay is based on experience $15-18/hour
