Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and dispatch appropriate personnel, including law enforcement or emergency response teams, in response to alarm signals or customer requests.
- Deliver prompt and empathetic responses to activated alarm signals, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills and maintain composure while addressing individual customer needs.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to alarm monitoring and dispatch services.
Qualifications for Success:
- Exhibit white-glove customer service to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer and phone equipment for prolonged periods, coupled with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, is essential.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous, along with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Ability to thrive under moderate stress for efficient performance in demanding situations.
Key Requirements:
