Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain plant electrical distribution and control systems
- Create and revise:
- One-line diagrams
- Electrical schematics
- Wiring diagrams for new and existing equipment
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on equipment purchasing and installation
- Support the maintenance team by:
- Troubleshooting electrical issues
- Providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques
- Partner with purchasing on equipment specifications and sourcing decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLCs and software, including:
- RSLogix500
- RSLogix5
- Studio 5000
- FactoryTalk View ME
- Ability to read and design:
- One-lines
- Electrical schematics
- Wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with electrical systems
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (a plus)
