Primary Job Duties:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Ensure accuracy in ERP and warehouse management systems
Coordinate material staging and support for production operations
Train and lead warehouse staff, including forklift and equipment procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space (GMP & 5S standards)
Communicate with Inventory Specialists and Management to resolve issues
Monitor inventory and ensure timely and accurate shipments
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
Assign tasks and evaluate team performance
Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience (beverage or food preferred)
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Forklift certification required
Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and RF Smart technology
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Hours: 2nd and 3rd shift positions available
