Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with the global and local team managers
o Work with the local team manager to manage and coordinate project activities such as scheduling project meetings, creating meeting minutes, or tracking project schedule and milestones
o Work with the global manager to maintain and update the department data with project management tools such as PowerBI dashboards or ProPM
o Carry out administrative duties like booking a conference call, scheduling a department meeting, or providing administrative support to the visitors
Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
o Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience
o Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
o Documentation skills
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
o Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent organization skills
o High-level attention to detail
