Overview Facilitates sales initiatives and business development opportunities within *** Asset Advisors on behalf of our proprietary suite of mutual fund investment products. Support additional distribution channels (omnibus, broker-dealer, third-party) as demand dictates. Serves as the main point of contact for inbound inquiries from clients and executes targeted campaigns. Coordinates with internal parties and external vendors to establish and service accounts on an ongoing basis.

Core Responsibilities:

Learn and understand proprietary offering of investments, spanning mutual and commingled funds and separate account strategies
Understand external vendor portals that will be necessary for establishing accounts and maintain thereafter.
Establish relationships with interested parties to facilitate asset growth for KoCAA investments
Identify areas of growth based upon historical success with client and account types, geographies, and/or specific strategies
Create standardized, as well as custom, client content across all products
Produce regular and ad hoc materials for internal management that reflects the business and sales cycle
Communicate with other internal departments to source
Resolve client inquiries using internal applications and external vendors
Acquire and maintain necessary securities licensing Series 65

Skill Qualifications:
Required: Desire to be in sales and role and comfortable in front of clients. Foster a sense of teamwork while assisting others when needed. Maintain a commitment to quality and attention to detail. High ethical and moral standards that mirror the firms values and principles.

Preferred: Comfort with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), entrepreneurial, strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities. Public speaking abilities a plus.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
Required: Bachelors degree in finance and/or marketing. MBA (or progress towards) desirable. Client Series 65 Exam; able to be obtained shortly after hire

Preferred: 0-3 years related work experience or equivalent combination in training and experience. Interest in finance and economics. Client relationship management software experience is a strong plus.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
