As a key member of the Facilities and Plant Engineering (F&PE) organization, the selected candidate will be responsible to develop, maintain and communicate a cross-discipline, campus wide facilities project IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) in support of various production program and Facility goals and will be able to communicate the plan effectively at various levels. Utilize CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule know-how to identify critical/driving paths and help develop solutions to conflicts along the path. Develop and deliver briefings to various leaders and project teams. Previous experience in facilities engineering, strategic planning, construction management and/or program or project planning and/or management.
Supports Facilities Planning team on flowing capital plan into executable IMS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable developing plans/schedules with unknown variables
Knowledge of Maximo, SAP, MS Project or Primavera P6
Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships
Knowledge of basic aircraft production processes
Knowledge of construction processes
MS Project experience required
- Previous experience with Construction Project management required
- Experience with Capital Project Management
