Job Title: HR Generalist
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of Human Resources experience and a strong understanding of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting support, and HR compliance. This position plays an important role in supporting both employees and management while helping maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative functions

  • Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

  • Support benefits administration and employee changes

  • Help coordinate training and development initiatives

  • Assist with HR reporting and recordkeeping

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of Human Resources experience required

  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
