Join Our Team in the Oil and Gas Industry
We are seeking a dedicated professional to monitor and optimize the production of assigned wells. This role involves ensuring the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases under your responsibility.
- Gauge production on assigned wells, report gauge readings, downtime, and other well information.
- Perform lease maintenance, including minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments.
- Identify issues and recommend actions to decrease costs and increase production.
- Assist in witnessing meter calibrations, monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells, make necessary adjustments, monitor chemical use, and test safety systems daily to maximize production.
- Operate and maintain various equipment associated with well production, including wellheads, pumping units, separators, burners, and more.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
- Satisfactory background check and drug screen.
- Working knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, good mechanical aptitude, writing skills, and a good safety and driving record.
- Dependability and ability to work overtime if necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of cost metrics and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of downhole operations, failure analysis, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of facility construction practices and standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and initiative on team tasks.
- Interest in engineering principles and understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
