Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5:00am-1:30pm
Position Summary:
Responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Under close supervision, performs assembly, repair, and testing of devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components, following standardized procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations per documented procedures

Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality records to ensure traceability

Follow all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment
-
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
-
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
-
Assist in meeting production and quality performance metrics

Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

Basic computer and data entry skills
-
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity (small components)

Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision

Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
Work Environment & Requirements:

Must follow strict cleanroom and safety standards
-
Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks

Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with internal/external visitors
Dress Code (Production Environment):

Clean, non-shedding clothing with no loose fibers or embellishments
-
Clothing must fully cover torso, arms, and legs and fit under lab gown

Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes required (no sandals, clogs, or open styles)

No jewelry, makeup, nail polish, artificial nails, or scented products

Hair coverings must comply with safety standards

No loose or unsafe clothing around machinery
