A growing manufacturing facility is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician with strong electro-mechanical skills to support production equipment and keep operations running efficiently. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and automated equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience working across multiple maintenance disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose issues with motors, sensors, conveyors, gearboxes, and control systems
- Work with 24V, 110V, and 480V electrical systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
- Replace components such as bearings, belts, motors, and drives
- Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Support production by responding quickly to equipment downtime and mechanical failures
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, or Electro-Mechanical Technician Required
- Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automated equipment
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and equipment manuals
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Familiarity with industrial tools, welding equipment, and shop equipment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment
- Background in multi-craft industrial maintenance
- Experience maintaining manufacturing or automated production equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
