Nesco Resource is looking for a Pick/Pack Line Leader located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $25/Hour
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pick/Packer Line Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of pick/pack associates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assign daily tasks to pick/pack team
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Perform quality checks and resolve order discrepancies
- Train and support team members
- Maintain safety and productivity standards
- Assist with hands-on picking and packing as needed
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Prior leadership or team lead experience required
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer/WMS experience preferred
