Our client within the healthcare services sector is seeking a detail-focused and analytical professional to support its Business Intelligence team. This individual will assist with monitoring reporting processes, validating incoming data, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of reporting systems and analytics products.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the Business Intelligence leadership in reviewing and validating reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist with routine report generation, data processing, and maintenance of reporting workflows.
- Partner with analytics and operational teams to collect and organize information needed for reporting initiatives.
- Contribute to daily operational support tasks to maintain efficient reporting processes.
- Participate in internal reviews and performance evaluations of reporting tools to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience within healthcare, pharmacy services, pharmacy benefit management, or similar regulated environments.
