seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development and manufacture of complex microwave electronics subsystems at our campus in Andover, Massachusetts. We incorporate the use of modern design tools in the relevant design disciplines of RF/microwave, analog/digital, and mechanical/thermal engineering. Also on premises are state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facilities, and ESS test capabilities. The ideal candidate for this position will perform electronics packaging designs, testing and verification of microwave electronics components and sub-systems. Experience manufacturing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies is also desirable.

Basic/Mandatory Requirements:
-AA Degree with 10 years experience or more
-Interim Security Clearance
-Experience in electronic packaging for military applications.
-Experience with design and documentation of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards and Cabling.
-Experience with CREO and Windchill
-Knowledgeable of GD&T
-Familiar with Change Board processes and documentation control
-Interim Security Clearance
Desired skills:
1) BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2) Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics.
3) Experience with CREO, Windchill, Zuken.
4) Hands on experience with building and testing electronic assemblies.
5) Knowledge of GD&T is preferred.
6) Knowledge of materials and processes used in electronics is preferred.
