Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Quality Lead to drive quality planning, execution, and reporting for a large transformational software initiative. This role leads QA across multiple teams, partners closely with development and business stakeholders, and ensures strong test coverage, traceability, and timely defect triage to deliver a high-quality product.
Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA planning, execution, and recap for a major project

Oversee requirements review, test script/case preparation, execution, and results reporting

Coordinate testing across development, QA/shared services, and lines of business

Manage QA resourcing, estimates/forecasts, schedules, and testing needs

Drive PLC tollgates, traceability, test coverage, and quality metrics reporting

Run defect triage and test results triage; partner with teams to drive remediation

Identify workflow/UI gaps and escalate risks tied to technical debt, schedule, and quality

Participate in grooming and project meetings; provide clear status, risks, and recommendations
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3 years of quality assurance experience with demonstrated leadership (delegate hands-on support)

Experience coordinating testing across multiple QA teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Strong Functional, Integration, and Regression testing experience

Strong command of test traceability and test coverage/quality metrics

Defect triage and results triage experience

Expert-level exploratory testing skills and ability to guide other testers

Excellent communication skills and ability to report status and risks in detail

Analytical mindset to assess application health, quality metrics, and project risks
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience

Test automation experience or strong interest (not required)

Virtual Response Unit (VRU) or contact center testing experience
