As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate assigned equipment to assemble and inspect products
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outcomes • Support the implementation of the *** Operating System
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficient operations
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations
• Record and report production data accurately • Analyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement
• Set up and change over equipment as needed
