Position Summary
The Machine Setup Operator I plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by servicing, setting up, and operating production equipment. This position ensures machines run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with production and quality standards. Attention to detail, basic technical skills, and a team-focused mindset are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Service, set up, and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output

Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet established standards

Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and completing routine maintenance tasks

Follow all safety procedures and support a safe working environment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
