Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to support and maintain complex production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing skilled repairs to ensure optimal production efficiency, reliability, and yield.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment and systems

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Conduct equipment failure analysis and recommend corrective actions

Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and capability

Complete skilled repairs on complex production machinery

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance procedures and equipment modification reports

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and uptime

Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Qualifications:

Fundamental understanding of machine and household electronics

Working knowledge of plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment efficiently

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics

Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

Prior maintenance or industrial experience preferred
