Direct Hire Opportunity!
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour, based on experience
Location: Mayfield, OH
Hours: Flexible starting time between 6am to 8am, Monday-Friday
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and deliver accurate quotations for standard products
- Write, process, and manage sales orders from start to finish
- Handle order changes or cancellations and communicate updates to internal teams
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
- Highlight product features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms
- Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales activity and provide updates to internal departments
- Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing professional development
- You take initiative and follow through on commitments
- You make sound decisions and solve problems effectively

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience or strong interest in sales, customer service, or relationship-building
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and internal computer systems
- Solid understanding of basic business principles and profit/loss concepts
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping
- Traveling between Mayfield and Cleveland locations is preferred
