Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Flexible start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM | Monday–Friday
Position Overview
This position requires someone with hands-on or technical exposure. The individual will work closely with electrical contractors, so familiarity with tools, materials, equipment, or a technical work environment is important in order to effectively support customers.
We are ideally seeking candidates who have worked in adjacent industries such as:
- Construction
- Skilled trades
- Industrial environments
- Mechanical fields
- Warehouse operations
- Jobsite-related environments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and deliver accurate quotations for standard products
- Write, process, and manage sales orders from start to finish
- Handle order changes or cancellations and communicate updates internally
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
- Highlight product features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms
- Track leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales activity and provide internal updates
- Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing professional development

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience or strong interest in sales, customer service, or relationship-building
- Hands-on or technical exposure (construction, trades, industrial, mechanical, warehouse, or similar environments preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel) and internal computer systems
- Basic understanding of business principles and profit/loss concepts
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping
