Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mill & Lathe)

Job Overview:
ATF Aerospace is seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. We are hiring one CNC Mill Operator for first shift and two CNC Operators for second shift (Mill and Lathe). The ideal candidates will have experience operating CNC machinery in a precision manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Open Positions & Shifts:
- First Shift: CNC Mill Operator | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Second Shift: CNC Mill Operator & CNC Lathe Operator | 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday
Pay:
- $27–$31 per hour, depending on experience
- 5% shift differential for second shift
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce aerospace components
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T
- Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Make basic program edits and tool offsets as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Document production data and report any quality or machine issues
Qualifications:
- 2 years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)
- Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred
- Experience working with Client parts, programs, or facilities is a strong plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
