Nesco Resource is looking for a 2 nd Shift Cleaner located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates.
Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm
Pay: $19/hour ( 12% Shift differential)
Position Overview: Seeking a dependable Cleaner to maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment. This role supports production by ensuring work areas, equipment, and common spaces are kept clean and compliant with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize production floors, workstations, and common areas
- Remove scrap materials, debris, and waste from manufacturing areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down equipment and surfaces
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping inventory
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Support general facility upkeep and organization
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or industrial housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, Punctual, and detail-oriented.
