Part Time Facility Maintenance
Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Part Time General Maintenance Technician to keep the facility, equipment, and operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing what's broken, and handling a wide variety of maintenance needs—from machines and vehicles to restrooms and garage doors. An electrical background is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment

Respond to down machines and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime

Perform general facility maintenance (restrooms, doors, lighting, plumbing, etc.)

Repair and maintain garage doors and building systems

Perform basic electrical work (electrical background preferred)

Maintain and service company vehicles and fork trucks

Perform minimal grounds keeping as needed

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Keep maintenance areas organized and follow safety procedures
Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance or industrial maintenance

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Electrical experience or background preferred

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Comfortable working on a variety of equipment and systems

Fork truck maintenance experience a plus

Valid driver's license preferred
