Powder Coat Laborer - Bring precision, pride and color to every part!
Location: Willoughby, OH
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6am-430pm
Pay: $17/hour

We’re looking for a Powder Coating Laborer who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do

Pretreat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts

Load and hang parts correctly to maximize line capacity

Apply powder using an electrostatic paint gun

Perform quality checks including first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

Change hanging patterns and manage color changeovers

Plug, tape, sand, and correct parts as needed

Use measuring tools to ensure precision and consistency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
-
Follow all safety policies and OSHA standards
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
-
1 year of powder coating or related manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination of training and education)

Knowledge of powder coating processes and paint line functionality preferred

Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications

Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
-
Experience managing or tracking inventory is a plus

Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
