Job Title: General Laborer

Summary: Nesco Resource is hiring a General Laborer to assist in various departments at a print and mail production facility. This hands-on role supports multiple teams, including printing, finishing, and mailing operations and is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include material handling, basic production support, and ensuring workflow efficiency.
Shift:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri.
Pay Rate:
- $20.00/Hour ( ) - (Based On Exp.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in multiple production areas including printing, finishing, and mailing
- Handle printed materials and confidential documents with care and accuracy
- Load and unload materials onto carts, pallets, or machines
- Operate basic material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Support quality control by checking products for defects or errors
- Follow production schedules and job instructions
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely order completion
- Prior general labor, warehouse, or print shop experience preferred
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and around industrial equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods
