What You'll Do
- Assemble electrical and electromechanical devices using a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- Build and connect components such as cables, harnesses, and chassis modules following detailed instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and process sheets to ensure quality workmanship.
- Perform verification tests and inspect assemblies for accuracy and defects according to workmanship standards.
- Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining compliance with company and quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deliver top-quality products.
What You Bring
- A strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions and documentation.
- Comfort using basic hand tools (torque wrenches, dial indicators, test devices, etc.).
- Ability to manipulate and assemble small or delicate parts accurately.
- A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work in a team environment.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary—training is provided!
