Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Sourcing Specialists with strong negotiation skills and a strategic business mindset to support global sourcing initiatives and drive key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is part of a high-performing team focused on executing sourcing strategies, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance across contract management systems.
The Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in executing transactional initiatives, supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to align with strategic sourcing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Commodity Management & Contract Execution

Lead commodity negotiations and manage supplier relationships
-
Draft and manage contractual documents in collaboration with Legal and Contracts teams, including:
-
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
-
Unilateral Letters
-
Novations
-
Assignments and Assumptions
-
-
Review contract amendments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to execution
Compliance & Documentation
-
Prepare, review, and submit compliance documentation packages, including:
-
Extended Terms Requests (ETRs)
-
Supplier scorecards and FAIRS data
-
SAP updates (MOQ, pricing, contract validation, VMI)
-
Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs)
-
RFQ & Master Data Management
-
Manage RFQ packages, including drawing retrieval and distribution
-
Process vendor and material master data changes
-
Validate part demand and analyze historical receipts
Systems, Data & Process Support
-
Upload, maintain, and manage documentation within contract management tools
-
Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCEs) and retrieve required platform details
-
Resolve purchase order (PO) and supplier portal issues; submit corrections as needed
-
Support and analyze CID and BAA content to provide strategic sourcing insights
What We Value / Qualifications

Proven experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management
-
Strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
-
Experience with SAP, ERP systems, eSourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
-
Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and project management principles
-
Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management (preferred)
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
