Skilled Machine Operator needed – Temp-to-Hire with long-term growth
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire position paying $21–$23 per hour to start, with a clear opportunity to grow into an Inspector / Top Inspector role. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with oil-based machines, who takes pride in quality work and wants long-term stability.

Typically 1 hour of overtime, starting 1 hour early
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate manufacturing machines, including oil-based equipment

Monitor production and perform in-process and final inspections

Use measuring tools and math skills to verify part dimensions and tolerances

Multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Identify issues and assist with machine adjustments or minor repairs

Communicate and coordinate with team members to meet production goals

Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
Required Skills & Experience

Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing environment

Comfortable working with oil-based machines

Strong mechanical aptitude; experience making or repairing parts preferred

Good math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)

Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
