Legal Support - Medical Records (Contract)
Nesco Resource, a national staffing firm, has partnered with a leading energy company to hire a Data Entry Specialist for a contract opportunity in Manhattan, NY.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume data entry, and has experience in legal or personal injury environments.
Job Details
- Location: Manhattan, NY 10003
- Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr.
- Work Schedule:
- In-office during training
- Hybrid schedule after training (3 days in office)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (EST)
- Contract Length: 6 months, with possible extension
- Department of 7–10 team members
- Day-to-day collaboration with a core group of 4
- Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records
- Support legal and case-related documentation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with e-filing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal or legal litigation experience
- Personal injury background
- Prior data entry experience
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Hybrid office environment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Continuous use of hands for typing and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
