Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in supporting efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse duties including standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting 10–50 lbs. regularly.
Operate manual and power pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation using computer systems.
Support shipping, receiving, and material handling processes efficiently.
Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
SAP experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
Valid forklift certification helpful but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
Strong reliability and dependability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Location: Plano, TX / 100% Onsite
Length: 1 year possible extension
