Shipping & Warehouse Associate
Location: Seymour
Pay: $22–$23 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and damage-free deliveries to our customers.
Responsibilities:

Pack and ship customer orders, inspecting for accuracy and damage

Process shipping transactions in an ERP system

Ship using FedEx, UPS, and common carriers

Load and unload trucks and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks

Complete daily routing paperwork and maintain organized shipping records

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Order warehouse supplies as needed
-
Communicate professionally and effectively with team members

Assist with receiving and outgoing materials when needed

Follow all OSHA and MSDS safety policies
Qualifications:
-
0–3 years of warehouse or shipping experience (or equivalent)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems

Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, common carriers)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Organized, adaptable, and able to follow instructions

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
-
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands
-
Ability to operate material handling equipment
Additional Requirements:

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
