Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator to work on our membrane filtration production line. This is a long-term opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, quality-focused work.
Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload membrane materials into automated equipment for leak testing.

Perform visual inspections on finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Use measurement tools and manual dexterity to size and finish machine-produced items.

Rotate between various machine stations throughout the shift.

Continuously monitor multiple parameters to keep products within specification, including:

Temperature
-
Tension
-
Gap openings
-
Speed
-
Alignment
-
Cosmetic qualities (roughness, wrinkle-free finish, size, pattern)

Requirements:

Ability to stand for the full shift and move between workstations as needed.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good hand-eye coordination and basic measurement skills.

Prior experience working with or around chemicals is a plus.

Machine operation or production experience preferred.
