Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Canton, OH
Responsibilities
- Burn customer-supplied artwork onto pre-emulsified screens as required.
- Install framed silk screens onto printing equipment and adjust fixtures for proper alignment.
- Guide and monitor the printing process to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.
- Use various hand tools to support setup, adjustment, and printing operations.
- Clean ink from screens after use and perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Perform minor equipment repairs as needed to support smooth operation.
- Work closely with Engineering to obtain artwork and files necessary for screen preparation.
- Assist on the Paint Line or in other production areas as needed based on workload and production demands.
- Previous experience with screen printing on sheet material required.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Stable, full-time employment in a manufacturing environment
