Location: Willoughby, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT may be required)
Pay Rate: $19-$25 per hour, based on experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Manual Machinist to join our manufacturing team! This position involves operating a variety of manual machining equipment to produce parts that meet required specifications. Candidates with prior manual machining experience or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual machines including mills, grinders, band saws, and band grinders.
- Measure, inspect, and verify parts to ensure they meet required tolerances.
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect tools and finished components.
- Read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Safely push, pull, and lift materials up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Previous experience with manual machining or demonstrated mechanical aptitude required.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to accurately inspect parts and determine measurements.
- Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
