2nd Shift Forklift Driver

Schedule: Thursday – Sunday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay: $19/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, stack, stage, and count product

• Ensure all products are handled according to quality, safety, and contamination-prevention standards

• Unload inbound shipments and accurately place materials in designated storage locations

• Support outbound shipments by pulling, staging, and loading the correct product quantities

• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and complete required inventory records

• Perform minor equipment inspections and basic forklift maintenance

• Keep warehouse and greenhouse areas clean, organized, and free of debris

• Assist with general warehouse and greenhouse tasks during seasonal cleanouts

• Dispose of compost and garbage in designated outdoor bins

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience

• Completed forklift training

• Strong commitment to safety and following OSHA regulations

• Detail-oriented, logical thinker with good problem-solving skills

• Reliable, responsible, and careful with both product and equipment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well with a diverse team

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment may be warm or cooled

• Must be able to sit, climb in and out of a forklift/zamboni, and operate equipment for extended periods (8–15 hours)

• Physically active role requiring awareness and mobility
