Responsibilities include assisting taxpayers, processing license applications and updates, and providing information on licensing laws, rules, and procedures. This role requires in-person work at the Phoenix (8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday) office locations.
100% Onsite. Interviews will be onsite as well.
Required Skills: 2 years in customer service, data entry, and at least a few months of cashiering.
Preferred Skills: Bilingual
