Position Overview
Now hiring reliable and motivated Production Workers for all shifts at our Twinsburg manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role involving machinery operation, product assembly, and packaging in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do

Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble products

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Package and label finished products for shipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Meet daily production goals and deadlines
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Manufacturing or warehouse experience (a plus, but not required)

Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic

Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overnight hours and overtime as needed
